Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is payable upon your arrival. We accept cheques, VISA and Master Card.

Check-In:

• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon.

Check-Out:

• Check out time is 11:00 a.m. in the morning.

Pets:

• We are pet friendly. If you wish to bring a pet there is a $20.00 charge. Pets must be supervised at all times. It is a requirement of Inn of the Sea that all dogs must be kept on leash. Please also ensure you pick up after them.

Smoking:

• While smoking is not permitted in the suites, you may smoke on the outside sundecks, balconies and patios.

Occupancy:

• If the number of guests in your party changes, please contact us in advance of your arrival.
